Review by Mr. Bruno for Rating: I got this as a replacement for the oriaingl adapter that I left by accident in a rental car. It works and I like the coiled cable but that’s about all I can say about it. Now for the things I don’t like.Foremost, the end that plugs into the outlet is very large and clumsy. I have a 06 Subaru Legacy and it interferes with my access to controls and dashboard. It is difficult to grab the gear shift when it’s in park and the adapter is plugged in. I imagine that it would be more clumsy in some cars and less in others but I view this as a major design flaw. If I had known about this beforehand, I probably wouldn’t have bought it.The other design flaw is the little blue light on the charger that shows power is flowing. That seems like a nice feature but I don’t think the folks who designed it thought it through well enough. The light is very bright for night driving and too distracting. Again, it might depend on the your access to the outlet but my light is almost pointed straight at the driver.I do not recommend this product to other buyers. I miss the oriaingl charger!

You can absolutely inatlsl an aftermarket deck into that car. You will, however, need a very specialty wiring harness for the CAN-BUS system in the Jeep. The Scosche CR03SR should work well for you, it’s usually about $120. You can also find a dash kit to allow the deck to fit into the dash perfectly.

Even though I’m late to anewsr I’ll give you my personal impressions on the Roush Sport GT black on black auto convertible thats in my driveway! When I first got her I thought the exhaust note was sweet (Roush aftermarket exhaust pipes), and she definitely had lots of power but there was too much throttle lag when I would first stomp it. So I invested in a tuner and air intake which eliminated throttle lag and fixed the auto’s shift points so it’ll bark the tires into third gear! Now my 0 to 60 time has dropped from 6.0 sec. to 5.5 sec. and I love the whistle and roar when it’s floored. I can’t help but drive it everywhere and it will turn heads twice. IMHO, there isn’t a more affordable 300 hp vehicle out there the new model Mustangs have something to offer everyone with tons of options and aftermarket capabilities. Any GT can be made into a mean machine but the new GT500 is something else entirely don’t even get me started!
